About LitFitness
LitFitness began from a desire to improve society's mindset. The facts are common knowledge: obesity rates have soared over the last 30 years; artificial ingredients have become commonplace; calorie intake has increased while schools eliminate physical education. Our sedentary lifestyles and extravagant nutritional habits cause us to experience bigger waistbands and smaller life spans.
We take a proactive stance on educating both kids and adults alike and are always looking for ways to contribute to the health and wellness of society. Whether its the bigger charity BootCamps and nutritional and exercise seminars, or actively petitioning to state and city legislators, we believe that LitFitness professionals and supporting staff, with your help, can make a huge difference.
We offer you the services that will make weight loss successful: professional one on one guidance, group training, and convenient boot camps.
Do you prefer to learn more about what your body needs and how to fine-tune your customized program to fit your needs? Do you need accountability but desire truthful nutritional counseling and a day by day plan that will benchmark your progression and guarantee your continued success?
There's LitFitness Professional Training for you.
Do you prefer the motivation of your closest friends but still want that road map to success? Does friendly competition or a supporting atmosphere encourage you more? Do you favor splitting costs while doubling the fun?
There's LitFitness Group Training for you.
Do you prefer to have upwards to five weekly sessions without sacrificing convenience, efficiency, and effectiveness? Do you need an after-work program that builds an uncompromising level of fitness without burdening your pocketbook?
There're LitFitness BootCamps for you.
About Greg Beitling
Greg has enjoyed working out for over fifteen years and has enjoyed being a Professional Trainer since 2008. He has his NASM-CPT certification, considered to be a global leader in personal training certification and sports performance training. He also holds a NESTA certification, an American Heart Association CPR certification, and is a member of the IDEA Health and Fitness Association, the most respected research-based community of professional fitness trainers. He has serviced over 1300 client sessions in the past year but is continuing to improve the growth of the fitness field by beta testing for a new certification and plans to continue his education further when he will proudly complete the National Strength and Conditioning Association's Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA CSCS) program by August 2010.
What this means is he's schooled in the type of training that performance athletes like Grant Hill uses and tweaks it to slim up your midsection. He uses evidence-based programs to get you pounds lost and keep you working hard to get back to what you need to do outside of the gym.
In addition to his scholarly life as a trainer, he spends much of his time at home with his wife and one year old son. He enjoys experimenting with food and nutrition as well as being as active as he can be chasing after his boy.
